Bow Glacier Falls Hike

The Bow Glacier Falls Hike is a popular hiking trail located in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. It's considered a moderate-level trail and is approximately 9.6 kilometers (6 miles) long.

The hike begins at the parking lot of the Num-Ti-Jah Lodge and follows the Bow Lake shoreline before gradually ascending through a forested area. Along the way, hikers can enjoy views of the stunning turquoise waters of Bow Lake and the surrounding mountains.

The highlight of the hike is the Bow Glacier Falls, which is a beautiful waterfall that cascades down from the Bow Glacier. Hikers can enjoy stunning views of the waterfall from a viewing platform located at the end of the trail.

The hike usually takes around 3-4 hours to complete, depending on the hiker's pace and the amount of time spent at the waterfall. It's always recommended to check the latest trail conditions and weather forecast before embarking on the hike, and to bring appropriate gear, including sturdy footwear, warm clothing, and plenty of water and snacks.
